Caterina Frollano, MA, LPC

Caterina (Cat) is a psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College with a focus in Neuroscience and holds a Masters degree in Counseling from Rosalind Franklin University, with a specialization in working with children, adolescents, and families.

Cat has extensive experience in various outpatient settings and higher levels of care. She uses a holistic approach to treatment that integrates psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral theories, while incorporating DBT skills when indicated, in order to meet her client’s goals. Cat always prioritizes the therapeutic environment and looks forward to working with you to address your current concerns.
